The textbook was prepared by the author’s team of the Department of Medical Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) in accordance with the available training program for students of law universities. It reflects the specifics of the organization and legal support of the sphere of circulation of drugs for medical use, which has developed in Russia by 2021 and continues to develop dynamically in connection with economic, geopolitical and other processes.

The allowance was based on legal doctrine , domestic legislation and the practice of its application (as of June 2021).
