The program presents the content of the course of the Russian native language for elementary school, set out in textbooks for grades 1-4 of general educational organizations (authors L.V. Kibireva, G.I. Melikhova, V.L. Sklyarova).

The program complies with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education, the approximate program for the subject of the Russian Native Language for educational organizations implementing the programs of primary general education and the concept of teaching the Russian language and literature.
