Francis Bernett (1849-1924)-Anglo-American writer, widely known around the world with her stories “The Mysterious Garden”, “Little Lord Fauntlera”, “Little Princess”. The sentimental novel “The same Girl” (1877), the first large work of Bernett, is first published in Russian.
