1468 from the Resurrection of the Lord. Christopher Fairfax, a young Anglican priest, on behalf of the bishop goes to a village, lost in the wilderness of Wessex. Christopher will have to bury the old priest who had served in this parish for thirty years and died under mysterious circumstances.
