The silhouette of a woman. Balzac O. de
Honore de Balzac is a great French writer who, by the definition of Leo Tolstoy, "at that time learned to write everything." In the numerous novels of his “human comedy” (with the subtitle of “sketches of morals”), he recreated a motley, cruel and many -sided world, reflecting the life of all the classes of modern society.
The real edition included novels and love stories that Balzac himself defined as “Scenes of Private Life”: “Country Ball”, “Side Family”, “Marital Consent” and “The Silhouette of a Woman”, and also The brilliant story “The famous Goders” is about the adventures of the cunning Parisian commander, who, “saturated with vices of Paris, knows how to put on the mask of provincial innocence.”
