In his work “The Soul of Man”, Erich Fromm focused on studying the essence of evil, noting that this book is, in a sense, the opposite of another, perhaps the most famous book is “The Art of Love”. Talking about the nature of evil, he comes to the conclusion that the desire to rule almost always flows into violence, and not “sadists and monsters” represent the main danger to humanity, but ordinary people whose hands are concentrated.
