The trilogy of the Midstone. Pete Mel
Philip Midstone is ruined. Many years have passed since his novel about sensitive teenagers won “All these Prizes” and “made Asperger cool”. The last book of Philip parted in a circulation of only 313 copies. The decision, says his agent Minerva Kinch, is to switch the program: create a trilogy filled with a dark lord, dork, magic swords, many capital letters and random apostrophes and, most importantly, an amulet. Unfortunately, Philip hates fantasy.
Having drowned his sorrows in the “Dark Entropy” beer in the pub next to his cottage in Dartmur, he roars, heading for the nearest stone circle, celebrates the need for a standing stone and falls on the grass Where vision visits him. A certain creature named Poke Dobracht appears and dictates the first part of the saga about the Hero-Exile, a corrupt wizard and the same lost amulet. The resulting novel, which Philip calls “dark entropy”, brilliant, but incomplete: the trilogy suggests itself. Pokes appears again and offers Philip the rest of the story in exchange for an amulet, which the evil wizard hid somewhere in the real world.
Now Philip must find an amulet while his agent Minerva (to which he is deep Not indifferent) It stands over his soul and rushes with the second part, which should ozol them both. Philip, who never loved fantasy, is drawn into the mysterious showdowns of the fantasy world, from which he is trying in every possible way to hide, traveling around the world.
