The proposed monograph is a comprehensive, complete and detailed study of the inheritance of will in Anglo -American law in comparison with Russian law. All related institutions, its surrogates: lifetime and posthumous trusts, co -owners, posthumous gifts and agreements were in vain. On the inheritance in general law and all the indestants of the will in Russian law (the testamentary disposal of the bank account and the first -healing agreement was introduced for the first time).
