William Bullit was the Ambassador of the United States in the Soviet Union and France. And also a genuine cosmopolitan, the author of two novels, an expert on American politics, Russian history and French Higher Belarus. Freud's friend, Bullit, wrote with him the sensational biography of President Wilson. As a diplomat, Bullit, negotiations with Lenin and Stalin, Churchill and Goering.
