“World without danger” is a new generation’s author’s program, developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard and aimed at the formation of a personality safety culture in the context of a developing preschool education. It covers the following types of children's safety: vital (life and health), social, environmental, road, fire, information, etc. defines strategy, target guidelines, key tasks, basic content, model of the teacher’s interaction with children, psychological and pedagogical conditions, criteria for pedagogical conditions Diagnostics (monitoring). Reveals the principles of organizing a developmental subject-spatial environment. Offers options for adaptation of programmatic content to the request of a special child. A feature of the author’s approach is the modeling of educational situations that reflect the path of development of human culture and society (the relationship of culture and rule -making).

The program is provided by methodological and didactic manuals. Addressed to the heads and educators of kindergartens, students of pedagogical colleges and universities. It can be used in the development of the main general educational program D00, in the creation of training courses and modular continuing education programs and professional retraining of education workers.
