Theodosia Elizabeth Trocconton is 11 years old. She spent all her life in the London Museum of Legends and Antiquities, where her parents work. Mom and Papa Theo are Egyptologists passionate about work, and she herself knows how to recognize and remove ancient curses (including her cat of Isis!).

The whole London is shocked by a daring crime - in one night of all museums and private collections, mummies were stolen. The Trocomonton family is shocked the most - because there were mummies in the Museum of Legends and Antiquities! Theodosius is ready to immediately begin the investigation in order to give up suspicions of his dad. She has to find a connection between the missing mummies and the mysterious rod, also found by her in the museum... What is this subject? And what is his strength?
