The presented multimedia textbook contains a systemic presentation of the main institutions of banking law in accordance with the academic discipline “Theory and practice of applying banking legislation”, which is part of the professional cycle of the master's program “Legal support of business (business legal)” as compulsory discipline. It consistently considered the banking system of the Russian Federation and the subjects of its entrepreneurial activity, digital banking, the legal basis of the national payment system, the legal status and activities of the Bank of Russia and credit organizations in ordinary and extraordinary legal regimes. Actual problems of legislation on bank accounts, cash transfer, bank lending, foreign exchange transactions and operations of credit organizations in the securities market have been disclosed. The book uses the original method of presentation and presentation of material, focused on the search for a reasonable balance between theories and concepts, practice and problems, as well as pedagogy, based on the use of special methodological techniques that facilitate the assimilation of the material under the general name “Movement route”. Largely due to its implementation, the 1st edition of this textbook was awarded 1st place in the nomination "Best Textbook for Mortgage Training". The legislation is submitted as of November 30, 2020. The book is recommended by undergraduates, graduate students, teachers of legal and economic universities and faculties, banking system employees.
