Theory of Government and Rights. Textbook for undergraduate

This textbook on the “theory of state and law” presents the subject studied in its entirety, but the form of presentation of the material is concise, the educational information in it is extremely compressed. The publication includes elements of both the textbook itself and the anthology, and the workshop. After the presentation of the main educational material, the reader is offered excerpts from the works of classical and modern authors for their own analysis, formulating their own judgments in order to form independent thinking, as well as questions and tasks to verify understanding and searching for additional information. The presentation of the content is based on the principles of realism and instrumentalism, shown as theoretical conclusions should be used to solve specific practical problems of the lawyer’s professional activity.
