Theory of morality. Stark V.
Social order in any human community is determined by three behavioral regulations:
a) law - generally binding norms of behavior established by the state, the need for the execution of which is based on fear of a “state” punishment;
b) morality - the generally accepted norms of behavior (decency, conventions, traditions, customs, etiquette) formed in society, the need to execute which is based on fear of public condemnation (shame);
c) morality - norms of behavior determined personal moral feeling (conscience), the need for which is based only on moral responsibility to oneself.
Thus, the ethics of human behavior is determined by fear, shame and conscience, and the proportions of these motivations can vary very much. P>
