The monograph is devoted to legal procedures in operational-search activities. The authors for the first time in the domestic operational-search science studied the procedural and processing mechanism for the implementation of operational-search activity. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons involved in operational-search legal relations, proposals are made to improve the regulatory legal regulation of the activities of operational units. The appendix presents the draft Federal Law “The Operational-Investigation Code of the Russian Federation”.
