Therapeutic nutrition in tables

This publication is an informative and complete collection of explanations on therapeutic nutrition for different age categories. A detailed menu, which sets out the chemical composition of products, energy value, compatibility and recommendations on the average daily diet for people who adhere to a healthy lifestyle located in sanatorium-resort institutions, as well as for persons responsible for organizing food in public canteens, buffets and other institutions.

The publication contains excerpts from the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated 05.08.2003 No. 330 (as amended on November 24, 2016) “On measures to improve medical nutrition in medical and preventive organizations of the Russian Federation”.
