The book from the perspective of psychoanalysis tells about the experience of applying the theory of attachment in clinical practice. The history of the theory of attachment is briefly presented, the methods and results of scientific research on this problem are presented, as well as various approaches to the classification of the so -called “attachment disorders”. Scientific conclusions are reinforced by a description of individual indicative cases from clinical practice on the material of the stories of the disease of all age groups of patients. The final part of the book tells about the possibilities of fruitful practical application of knowledge on the theory of attachment in areas such as prevention, pedagogy, family and group therapy.
