Thought and moving: articles and performances. Bergson A.
The collection “Thought and moving”, published by Henri Bergson in 1934, is first published in Russian in a holistic form. It combines work on general philosophical and methodological topics written in 1903-1923. They set out, clarify and develop the main provisions of Bergson's philosophy, including the concept of duration and intuition. The extensive “introduction” in two parts is an intellectual autobiography of the thinker, where, among other things, he responds to criticism that sounded to him after the “creative evolution” was released. Separate works from the collection were included in the book “Favorites: Consciousness and Life” (M., 2010). This edition contains a new translation of Bergson's program article “Introduction to Metaphysics”, as well as lectures “Perception of the change” read in Oxford in 1911. Tom is accompanied by comments.
