Our life would be a little simpler and, perhaps, more comfortable if each of us at birth was given “Instructions about how I, as I am, live my life right.” But, unfortunately, our life is full of uncertainty, there is nothing unambiguously good or unambiguously bad, correct or wrong in it, and each person in it is unique. Therefore, everyone will have to create such a “instruction for themselves”.

All articles of this book are connected by my deep confidence, confirmed by knowledge and experience, and which I want to inspire in readers, that everything is possible. Perhaps, understanding how the psyche mechanisms work, configure their work and thereby restore contact with yourself, and then make contact with the surrounding world and people more effective in it.
