A lonely woman dreams of a child and turns to the sorceress for help. She gives her a granny, from which a flower grows with a tiny girl inside - an inch. But Thumbelina is not destined to live a carefree life in the mother’s house, because her toad abducts her. Many trials falls to the share of a good -hearted girl. But, as it happens in fairy tales, everything ends well - getting rid of dangers and a wedding with the king of elves.
