This publication is the first systematic description of the main structural features of the Tibetan written language in Russian linguistic literature - both old and modern. The book contains information about the graphics system, the morphological and syntactic system of the Tibetan written language. Samples of original Tibetan texts with transliteration, translation and dictionary are attached to the work, as well as a brief bibliography.
