This manual is a set of training exercises on numerical and mixed tables for the development of stability and concentration of attention, increase its volume, as well as the ability to distribute attention and switch it arbitrarily. The manual consists of three sets of exercises: the first preparatory, consisting of the game-the warm-up of “cotton-arithmetic” and exercises according to tables with points, the second for four-color numerical tables using four basic colors; Third according to mixed alphanumer tables.
