Top Decor food dye gel "turquoise", 100 g

Water -soluble dye with a high concentration of a coloring pigment. A thick consistency allows it to be well painted throughout the mass of the main confectionery semi -finished products (jelly, mousse, cream, dough, mastic and others), without changing their consistency. It has no taste and aroma, so it retains the initial taste properties of the painted product.

Recommendations for use: Before use, puncture the seal of the tube (not recommended to cut), add the required amount of dye into the product and tighten the lid.

Recommended dosage: 2-3 drops (0.1-0.15 g) per 100 g of the product.

Composition: water, sugar, dietary dyes (E102, E133), thickeners (glycerin , guaro gum, gum of an open wood, E1414), a regulator of acidity (citric acid), preservatives (E202, E211). Contains a dye that can have a negative impact on the activity and attention of children.
