Workbook on the discipline “Topographic anatomy and operational surgery” was prepared by the team of the Department of Operational Surgery and Topographic Anatomy of Sechenov University in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in Special Nationalities 31.05.01 “Medicine” and 31.05.02 Pediatrics “Pediatrics ". In the first part of it, sections are given to the study of topographic anatomy and surgery of the upper and lower extremities, head and neck. The second part includes information for studying the abdomen, pelvis and chest.

The study guide is intended for students of medical and pediatric faculties of medical universities. The actual material underlying the workbook is contained in the textbooks “Operational Surgery and Topographic Anatomy” edited by V.V. Kovanova (1995, 2001), "Topographic anatomy and operational surgery" A.V. Nikolaev (2007, 2009, 2015), as well as in the lecture material of the department.
