Toxicological chemistry. 3rd edition processed

The new edition of the textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 33.05.01 "Pharmacy". The textbook sets out the basics of toxicological chemistry, biochemical toxicology, analytical toxicology and private issues of chemical toxicological analysis. The necessary information about the toxic, dynamic and toxicokinetic laws of absorption, distribution, biotransformation and elimination of xenobiotics, methods of isolating from biomaterials and determination in acute and chronic poisoning are presented. The problems of chemical toxicological and forensic analysis with toxicants of various chemical classes were discussed.
