TPO Reserve: 2000-2020. Vladimir Plotkin. under. Ed. Ilyevskaya M.
Reserve TPO is one of the largest Russian architectural bureaus, which began its activities in 1987, during the start of the development of private entrepreneurship in the USSR. Inheriting in many ways the organizational principles of Soviet design institutions, the TPO “Reserve” stands in the position of author's architecture, developing its own expressive language. This catalog covers the company's activity, marked by the creative leadership of architect Vladimir Plotkin. The selection of the material from the bureau archive and the editorial office of the comments were carried out by the long -term employee of the TPO Reserv, the architect and architecturist Maria Ilyevskaya. The presented works, most clearly reflecting the creative method of the bureau and the general development of the architectural order in Russia over the past twenty years, are considered by it in the introductory article in the context of the development of world architecture in the second half of the 20th century and the ideas of postmodernism.
