Tramp and fairy. London J.
Jack London, recognized by the classic of American and world literature, is known primarily as the author of adventure works. His novels and novels about fascinating and risky wanderings, about strong, purposeful and noble people enjoy unchanging success among readers. But Jack London is rightfully called one of the largest masters of a short story. The real edition included two of his copyright collections. The stories combined in them were already written in the late period of creativity. The collection “Taskhah Tasman” (1911) turned out to be the last lifetime edition of London, and the collection “For Courage” (1923) was prepared for printing Charmein London, the widow of the writer, “in accordance with his own intention,” as she indicated in the preface. The variety of plots and those, unexpected and even paradoxical interchanges, sincerity and faith in human nature are the characteristic features of a London-storyteller, for which millions of readers around the world love his works.
