Traveling in the rising streams. Western thoughts. Koshemchuk T.A.
This book is not travel notes and not a guide for travelers. It was written for those who are close to historical and cultural issues, and not only in historiosophical studies, but in a stream of real wanderings and direct contemplations. The author of the book, a philologist, starting his professional path from comprehending the worldview foundations of M. Voloshin, then turns to the research of Russian literature of the XIX and early XX centuries in its Christian foundations, as well as to the Anthroposophical concepts of Andrei Bely. The named topics are devoted to 6 books of the author and two anthologies in the series “Pro et Contra”.
The seventh book proposed to the reader, which has developed over the twenty years, addressed to the history of various countries of the East and West, reflected the main interaction in many years of travel of the author: through its own wanderings in countries, museums, libraries to comprehend the development of culture as a stream of creative prints becoming a self -aware "I" man.
The author of the book is primarily directed to the earthly masterpieces - to the best creations in beauty: natural landscapes, perfect personalities and their deeds in history, creatures of art and thought, as a result - to those disappearing fragile traces that left Creative spirit at different stages of its path in the rising streams of cultures.
