Dear reader, we bring to your attention the book “Tree Igdrasil”, which is an expanded reprint of the debut mystical collection of Evgeny Filatov “The missing battalion”, supplemented by later stories, rather related to the genre of thoughtful intellectual fantasy. The stories of the Lincoln tunnel, the missing battalion, the Utrekhtsky crowd, which is allowed the bull..., the incident in the North Atlantic and the novel Khnot are built on documented historical facts, many have evidence in the form of manuscript, archival records, protocols and reports. Contemporaries and witnesses of these cases similarly set out the sequence of events, but no one sheds light, in fact, to the essence. All sources in one way or another indicate a mystical and inexplicable nature of incidents from a materialistic point of view, while medieval manuscripts directly indicate the intervention of infernal forces, which led to the consequences so dramatic for the participants.

Cases that took place not so long ago - for example, during the First World War - generally took place before the eyes of hundreds of witnesses worthy of trust; The investigation was carried out by the intelligence services of the superpower of that time, but this circumstance in no way changes the main thing: there is no answer to any question. The results of the investigations classified, conducted additional checks, attracted the best specialists in the field of counterintelligence and forensics, but nothing shed an additional ray of light for secret.

The author tried to imagine what was before, during and after incidents. Of course, this is absolute fiction, but, you see, such a version also has the right to be, along with dry reports of official sources. So, let's start.
