The book discusses the issues of patenting and embodiment (materialization) of creative results. The peculiarity of their presentation is a dense link to the PN method developed in previously published books and advanced by the author and recommendations on the systemic solution of problems, the basis of which is the classical theory of solving inventive problems (TRIZ) and the modern theory of systems.

The disclosure of the theme of patenting was carried out by comparing the descriptions of technical solutions selected from the Patent Fund with the capabilities that the author’s approach has, the benefits obtained are shown.
