79-year-old Julian, an eccentric, lonely artist, believes that most people are actually not honest with each other. But what if they tell the truth? And therefore, in a simple green notebook, Julian honestly talks about himself, and then leaves a notebook in a cozy cafe.

Monica, an incredibly business and energetic mistress of this cafe, adds his story, and then leaves a notebook in a wine bar across the road where another person will find it. So gradually the notebook passes from hand to hand and unites strangers, while radically changing their lives, giving them happiness and even love.
