The gastronomic guide to Tula and the Tula region is a detailed copyright description of more than 60 best and most interesting restaurant and gastronomic concepts of the region. There is no rating in the guidebook, all objects stand in alphabet, and it included only those that the author of the project selected in the summer of 2021. Along with restaurants, gastrobistr and fashionable bars in the guide, agricultural sector and suburban restaurants with authentic local cuisine are represented. The colorful publication separately marks the top 10 of the best desserts of the region and the place where delicious breakfasts are served.
The guidebook contains a unique collection: more than 40 recipes for modern Tula cuisine from the best chefs of restaurants-participants of the guide. All recipes are practical and available for cooking in home kitchen. The authors of original recipes, chefs and some restaurants will be awarded with special diplomas at the solemn presentation of the gastronomic guide, which will be held in Tula.
