The leadership sets out modern ideas about one of the urgent interdisciplinary problems in medicine - compression lesions of the sexual nerve (tunnel pudodnexopathy). The author’s definition and topographic classification of pelvic pain are given, the version of the podendic symptom of the teena during interligation compression is described.
