The protagonist of Leonid Alta “Two over the Abyss” is a psychiatrist. He is constantly worried about the past, worries about the future, while he feels that in his life there is not enough something of the most important thing for which it is worth living. But soon he meets the one in whose existence he never believed, and his life suddenly changes. This meeting helps the hero understand that the most important need for the life of every person is the need to love and be loved. He is convinced that love can work miracles, changing a person’s life in a completely unpredictable way.
