Textbook “Two-dimensional spectral-echocardiography to assess the deformation of myocardial and heart chambers” is devoted to the new technology of echocardiographic research, which allows to evaluate the deformation of myocardium based on the tracking of the storage of sulfuric ultrasound scanning-spectra-tracked-echocardiography. The training manual sets out the methodology for conducting spectral-tracked-echocardiography of the heart chambers, presents the main indicators of myocardial deformation and their values ​​in the norm and in various pathological conditions of the heart. The manual provides test tasks and situational tasks.
