Dmitry Vladimirovich Bolotov was born in 1965 in Leningrad. In the second half of the 1980s he studied at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Tartu, where an original cultural scene was formed at that time. The collection “Two Romanes” included works of different years: stories, poems and notebooks. The center of the collection is two novels written with a difference of 20 years - “Roman Bo” and “Roman Ob”, in which famous Tartu places and characters can be distinguished by a bizarre verbal form: contemporaries of the author, university professors and, of course, the author himself - Dmitry himself Bolotov.
