The proposed monograph - the second of the series of books “Typology of deviant development” - is devoted to the problem of insufficient development. The authors offer their own three-component model of mental analysis and distinguish differential diagnostic criteria for distinguishing between options and forms of insufficient development. The book contains detailed characteristics of all categories of children with insufficient development known to the current moment. Each category describes the features of an early age, neurological and somatic manifestations, the specifics of comprehensive support and correctional work, the conditions that should be created by the child in accordance with his special educational needs, the development forecast and the optimal educational route are given.
