The leadership sets out the issues of the theory and practice of ultrasound diagnostics of ectopic pregnancy. Attention is paid to the value of the risk factors of the disease, modern diagnostic algorithms during pregnancy of unknown localization. All known ultrasonic signs of ectopic pregnancy are examined in detail, depending on its localization, as well as the degree of urgency of the clinical situation.
