This publication is a richly illustrated (more than 600 illustrations) reference to ultrasound diagnosis of the most common gynecological diseases. It consists of three sections. The first of them contain articles on ultrasonic diagnostics of individual diseases built according to a certain scheme, which includes, along with other headings, the laconic and at the same time substantial description of clinical information that can better understand and correctly interpret the changes detected by ultrasound. Depending on the features of the pathology, recommendations are given according to the optimal research methodology-in the B-mode, ZD-Uzi, Color Doppler Mapping and Sunohysterography with the introduction of physiological solution into the uterine cavity. In the second, relatively small, the section describes a normal ultrasound picture of the pelvic organs and the most common normal options. The final section is a description of 26 clinical cases.
