The monograph is devoted to one of the most important problems related to emergency states in obstetrics - ruptures of the uterus. From modern positions, etiology and pathogenesis of various options for uterine breaks are presented, which were the basis for modifying the traditional classification of disorders of the uterine wall during pregnancy and childbirth. The first, sometimes inconspicuous symptoms of threats and the onset of uterine rupture, which allow a timely cesarean section, preserving the health of the mother and child, are described.
