Early Enraeled variety 100-170 cm high, is a source of easily digestible protein. Throughout the stem of the plants are densely shifting. The leaves are red-violet, purple inflorescence, erect. The yield of greenery is up to 4.2 kg/m2. The amaranth is demanding on heat and light, but is not executive to the soil: it grows on any, including acidic, sandy, solone. Easily adapts to various growing conditions. Makes autumn cold. The variety is recommended for use as a salad culture, in cooking, as well as a source of raw materials for obtaining natural food red-purple dyes. Young, delicate, juicy greens in salads and cooking are used, for the preparation of drinks. Blooming plants are dried and used in teas, as natural dyes, food additives.
