Vegetarianism and its difference from the Christian post: according to the creations of St. Tikhon

The book tells about the life and the spiritual feat of St. Tikhon, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia. Since November 1917, when a patriarchate was restored in Russia, he had a heavy share to lead the destroyed Russian church, to retain the Orthodox faith in purity. During all the days of St. Tikhon’s life, his main vocation was shepherd. He left a number of works, theological and pastoral value of which is also relevant to this day. This small book contains his article, which tells about the purpose of the Christian post and its main differences from vegetarianism.
