There is such a commission, she considers reports about what happened miraculous phenomena - whether to recognize them with miracles or not to recognize. They studied, in particular, the myrrh -stroke of icons. I told this professor (by the way, my peer): “You are not doing the wrong thing. We are witnesses of a true miracle. You remember how the case was with a religious life in the USSR. There were almost no believers left, the old women walked in the church, the temples stood dilapidated ,heads. And suddenly - the churches are restored, filled with young people, those who in childhood and youth received purely atheistic education. Is this not a miracle? ".
