The Vidal reference contains descriptions of drugs (under trade names) and active substances (under international names) presented in the pharmaceutical market of Russia. Information pages of leading pharmaceutical companies contain a list of preparations produced with the number and date of registration, as well as addresses and telephones of representative offices for the convenience of feedback. Convenient search is provided by signs: clinical and farmacological groups, international names, nosological and codes of the international ath classification system. The pointer “Original drugs and generics” was redesigned and supplemented, including more than 6,000 trading names of drugs located under international/grouping names for active substances, taking into account the method of administration. The new section “Descriptions of biologically active additives for food, medical products and products of therapeutic nutrition” reflects the realities of the modern pharmaceutical market in Russia. The Vidal Handbook is designed for a wide range of medical workers, as well as specialists related to drug support.
