The first chapter of the leadership sets the normal and CT-anatomy of the chest organs with a demonstration of axial sections at different levels with a clear visualization of lung segments. The subsequent chapters represent the CT diagnostics of infectious (chapter 2), interstitial (chapter 3) diseases of the lungs, malignant tumors (chapter 4) and mediastinal tumors (chapter 5). Recommendations on the tactics of radiation research are given, CTO-semiotic, differential diagnosis is given, CT images are presented. The issues of etiology, pathogenesis, morphology and clinical manifestations of diseases are considered.
