Wanderers in unimaginable lands. Cyper D.
Dasha Kiper is a clinical psychologist and leading support groups for relatives of patients with dementia. After graduating from the university, she cared for a year about an elderly person with Alzheimer's disease. This personal experience, many years of observation of relatives of patients and research preparation and formed the basis of the book “Wanderers in the unimaginable land”.
Dasha Kiper talks a lot about what is happening with the brain of patients and how the disease destroys their personality, but this book is not so much about the dementia and the people suffering from it, but about relatives who are involuntarily involved in the history of their illness close and who need emotional support in their attempts to accept and survive this situation.
