The story “Belaya” won the special nominations “The Choice of Libraries” and “Open Reading Voting” of the IX annual literary contest “New Children's Book” (2018).

This is a story about how two met - Anton and mentally backward Bel, offended throughout the world. They lie in the hospital in neighboring chambers. The girl is not allowed to go out, and the guys talk through the outlet. Both feel abandoned, unnecessary for their fathers: Anton's dad has recently left the family, and Papa Bela visits the hospital only to pay for treatment.
