White Eskimo. Rasmussen K.

Danish researcher Knud Rasmussen crossed the entire North American continent from the Gudzon Gulf to Alaska to meet with amazing and mysterious Eskimo tribes inhabiting this harsh land. The new translation of the famous book about the polar expedition of Rasmussen includes the chapter about an unsuccessful attempt to visit the Soviet Union, which was cut out by censorship from the first Soviet edition. The book is illustrated by unique archival photographs, kindly provided by the Knud Rasmussen House-Museum and the Society of Knud Rasmussen in Denmark.
