Published in Berlin in 1932. The book, which is unfairly forgotten, is one of the first attempts to present the history and future of the first wave of Russian emigration, also called “white”. Its author is Essad Bay, a mysterious eastern writer who published in the 1920-1930s. There are many popular books throughout Europe. In fact, it was Lev Abramovich Nussimbaum (1905-1942), who grew up in Baku and fled after the revolution to Germany. After Hitler came to power, he had to run again: first to Austria, then to Italy, where he finished his earthly path.
