The central theme of the book is a person in his attitude to God and, in the light of these relations, to everything else: to other people and creatures, to places we have inhabited, to nature, culture, society and religion. It is in these relations that various facets of what it means to be a person is manifested. Thus, we learn to understand who we are.

Theological anthropology is an interdisciplinary object within theology, therefore, biblicalists and systematic theologians, religious scholars and people who study ethics and spirituality took part in the work on the book.. But, despite religious and methodological differences, they did not have the goal of comparing different views and approaches, and even more so to evaluate which one is more faithful. Their goal is different: try to hear different voices, achieve their consonance and create a common melody.
